Caledonian holiday

This morning our family drove down to Caledonia, a community 20 minutes south of us along Highway 6. There we watched a Canada Day parade along Argyll Street and then walked to the park on the north bank of the Grand River for an old-fashioned picnic. Theresa fell asleep on the way home. It was a nice way to spend the national holiday.
