US high court backtracks

The fallout continues from the US Supreme Court's decision in Gonzales v. Carhart handed down on wednesday. Not surprisingly, pro-lifers approve: Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Decision Could Lead to Overturning Roe v. Wade.
